At work, have my Seiko to keep me company. Vintage Seiko 7a28-7100 quartz chronograph.
Featuring Seiko cal.7a28, the world's first analog display quartz chronograph, introduced in the early 1980s.
The 7a28-7020 model SPR007 was featured in "A View to a Kill" Bond movie.
7a28-7000 and 7a28-6000 was featured in the cult classic "Aliens", worn by Ripley and Bishop.
Seiko also started their relationship with UK's Ministry of Defense with the 7a28 series: 7a28-7120 ref. SPR047 RAF Gen. 1 were issued to British Air Force pilots and navigators from 1984 to 1990.
Seiko also supplied the South African Air Force with its 7a28-7040 / 7a28-7070 between 1985-1986.
