Хоть к сладкому я отношусь довольно равнодушно, но в Италии вкуснейшее джелато!

Джелато-это разновидность мороженого, в котором отсутствуют химические добавки, поэтому срок его годности при температурном режиме -15 составляет всего 3 дня, а мороженое, сделанное на фабрике, может храниться 3−4 года. Его готовят там же, где и продают.

Джелатерий в Италии огромное количество, можно делать отдельный пост по городам😅

Pons Aelius: the modern Ponte S. Angelo, built by Hadrian in connection with his #mausoleum and finished in 134 AD. It had three main #arches with three smaller arches on the left and two on the right. In 1527 the #statues of S. Peter and S. Paul were erected by Clement VII, and in 1669 ‑ 1671 Clement IX placed on the parapet the famous statues representing #angels. Two of the arches on the left side had become covered up, but the structure remained intact until the building of the present embankment in 1892 necessitated the reconstruction of the ends of the #bridge, so that only the three central arches are now standing ().
As one stands inside the grandiose space of the #Pantheon, the light circle entering the building through the #oculus moves perceptibly around the #dome as the earth turns, and makes the viewer aware of the cosmic forces And, of course, when there is rain, it comes straight into the building, trickles down the drain holes in the floor, and is carried away in the still-functioning #Roman drainpipes underneath. The oculus (8,3 m across) is the only source of natural #light in the building except for the huge double entrance doors. Making an opening of this size in the roof was a piece of engineering that was daring in the extreme. There had been earlier examples of openings in the centre of a dome, but none had approached this size. Today, the sheathing around the oculus is still the original Roman bronze. In contrast, the original bronze roof tiles on the exterior of the dome have had to be replaced several times since antiquity, and are now made of lead (RAMAGE, N. H., RAMAGE, A. 2013: Roman Art: Romulus to Constantine. New Jersey, 238 - 239).
