Swiss cooking lesson with Chef Kevin Riley from "Kuma's Kitchen". We will make Swiss Älolermagronen which is a delicious baked dish from the Appenzell. It has pasta, potatoes, bacon, and cheese. We‘ll also make a Swiss salad to go with it.
