The Dignity March, which started in Mumbai in December ends in Delhi today. Thousands of women joined the Dignity March to walk 10,000 kilometres (6,200 miles) across India, starting in Mumbai from December 20, 2018 ending in the Indian capital New Delhi today February 22, to raise awareness for sexual assault survivors and their fight for justice, and to campaign for an end to sexual violence against women and children.

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad was an Indian scholar, activist and a senior leader of the Indian National Congress during the Indian independence movement. Following India's independence, he became the First Minister of Education in the Indian government. He is commonly remembered as Maulana Azad; the word Maulana is an honorific meaning 'Our Master', and he had adopted Azad (Free) as his pen name. He died on 22 February 1958.
