New coffee! 🙌
Today we welcome back two of our favorite beans. The Ethiopia Nansebo Worka and Guatemala Asodiett.
This is our third year in a row working with Nansebo Worka. This coffee is a great representation of the Sidama flavor profile. A ton of peach, apricot and nectarine notes complemented by elegant floral notes and the pungent, tropical aroma of mango.
This coffee comes to us from small-holder producers in the West Arsi Zone of Ethiopia and was brought to us by our partners in Ethiopia Catalyst Coffee Consulting and Dominion Trading.
This is our fourth year working with ASODIETT, a small, 30 member cooperative in Todos Santos, Huehuetenango in northern Guatemala.
The cooperative was founded by Macario Calmo with the intent of pooling the community’s resources and efforts together in order to produce products that yield a good return. This coffee is so sweet with comforting chocolate and ripe, red fruit notes. It’s super good for those folks looking for a traditional and familiar cup. Give it a try. We know you’ll love it.
Check out our story for a short video about the Asodiett.
Today's a good of day as any to check out Minibar's drive up location. We're really proud to call these 🍩 and ☕ enthusiasts our friends. They’ll be slinging Bold Bean drinks from 8am - 12pm.

Fun fact: earl grey tea gets its citrusy flavor from an orange-like fruit called a bergamot. The natural sweetness of earl grey pairs perfectly with a scone or any of our cookie choices! 🍪
A great afternoon pick-me-up!
